Nevalor Studio
Nevalor Studio, an imprint of Nevalor Publishers, provides a free writing and manuscript-development environment for writers. Writers retain the copyright and other rights they hold in original literary works created using Nevalor Studio. Using Studio does not, by itself, transfer ownership of a writer’s manuscript or other original work to Nevalor Publishers.
Manuscripts created in Studio are not automatically submitted to Nevalor Publishers for publication. Any rights granted to Nevalor Publishers in connection with the publication of a manuscript will arise only through a separate publishing agreement or other applicable written arrangement.
Writers are responsible for ensuring that any material they create, import, or use in Studio does not infringe the copyright, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights of another person or organisation.
Nevalor Screenplay
Nevalor Screenplay is a writing and screenplay-development tool provided through Nevalor Studio. Writers retain the copyright and other rights they hold in original screenplays and other original material created using Nevalor Screenplay. Using Nevalor Screenplay does not, by itself, transfer ownership of a screenplay or other original work to Nevalor Publishers.
Screenplays created using Nevalor Screenplay are not automatically published, submitted, licensed, or transferred to Nevalor Publishers. Any rights granted to Nevalor Publishers in connection with the submission, publication, distribution, or other use of a screenplay will arise only through a separate publishing agreement, submission arrangement, licence, or other applicable written agreement.
Writers are responsible for ensuring that any material they create, import, adapt, or otherwise use in Nevalor Screenplay does not infringe the copyright, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights of another person or organisation.
The screenplay formatting, PDF formation, and export features provided by Nevalor Screenplay do not alter ownership of the underlying screenplay. The resulting screenplay document and exported work remain subject to the rights held by the writer and any third-party rights that may apply to material incorporated into the work.
Images, Portraits and Artwork
Images on Nevalor Publishers and Nevalor Studio fall into the following groups, each used on the basis described below.
- Original designs. Covers of Nevalor books, banners, logos, maps, diagrams, editorial illustrations and other graphics are original designs created by Nevalor Publishers. Some include elements produced with design tools or artificial-intelligence assistance and then developed and refined by us. These designs belong to Nevalor Publishers and may not be reused without permission.
- Author portraits. Portraits of authors are original artistic recreations produced with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools and finished in Nevalor’s own design style. They are interpretive likenesses intended to honour these writers, not reproductions of any particular photograph. Please do not copy or reuse these portraits.
- Contributors. Photographs of contributors and members of the Nevalor editorial team are used with the consent of the person shown.
- Historic artworks. Classical paintings, sculptures and historic portraits reproduced on this website are works in the public domain.
- Covers of other publishers’ books. Cover images of books by other authors and publishers, including the Sindhi Literary Classics, are shown only to identify the editions discussed, reviewed or made available for reading. Some are recreated in Nevalor’s own design style. All rights in the original cover designs remain with their respective owners.
Archival Photographs and Image Requests
A small number of images, such as photographs of literary events and award ceremonies, are archival photographs whose original photographers could not be identified or traced. They are used in good faith, for the purposes of literary scholarship, commentary and the preservation of Sindh’s literary heritage.
If you hold the rights to any photograph on this website, or if you are shown in a portrait or are a family member of a writer portrayed here and would like an image credited, amended, replaced or removed, please write to info@nevalorpublishers.com. We will respond promptly and act on every genuine request.
Sindhi Literary Classics
The Sindhi Literary Classics collection makes important works of Sindhi literature available to read freely, without charge, to preserve them for new generations of readers. Nevalor Publishers seeks the permission of authors, their heirs or publishers wherever they can be traced. All rights in these works remain with their authors, heirs, translators and publishers; their inclusion in the collection does not transfer any rights to Nevalor Publishers. Readers may download these books for personal reading only and may not republish, sell or redistribute them.
If you hold rights in any title in the collection and do not wish it to appear, or would like it presented differently, please write to info@nevalorpublishers.com. We will remove or amend the title promptly.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Use
Unless expressly authorised in writing by Nevalor Publishers or otherwise permitted by applicable law, the content published on this website may not be used by third parties to train, develop, evaluate, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, automated data processing systems, or similar technologies. Automated harvesting, extraction, or systematic reuse of our content for such purposes is not authorised by Nevalor Publishers.
Attribution
Where permission has been granted to reproduce or use our content, appropriate attribution to Nevalor Publishers and, where applicable, the original author must be included in every authorised use.
