About Nevalor Screenplay
Nevalor Screenplay
Nevalor Screenplay is the screenplay writing environment of Nevalor Publishers. It is conceived as a dedicated space for writers developing stories for the screen, bringing the work of composition, structure, revision, and script preparation into a single writing environment.
Screenwriting follows its own conventions. Scene headings, action, character cues, dialogue, parentheticals, transitions, and shots each serve a distinct purpose. Nevalor Screenplay is designed around these elements, allowing a script to be developed as a structured screenplay rather than as an undifferentiated block of text.
The application provides a project-based workspace in which screenplays can be created, opened, organised, and revised independently. Its editor supports the movement between screenplay elements, while its writing tools help authors maintain the structure of a script as it develops.
Nevalor Screenplay brings together practical editing features, screenplay-specific controls, and tools for reviewing a developing work. Focus Mode offers a cleaner writing environment, while Script Settings provide options for page size, line spacing, page numbering, and continuation conventions.
The application also includes Revision History, Script Insights, and Find & Replace. These tools support the ongoing process of examining, refining, and reorganising a screenplay without separating that work from the writing environment itself.
When a script is ready for review or presentation, Nevalor Screenplay provides a dedicated PDF formation and preview system. Writers can select screenplay and page options, inspect the formed pages, and download the resulting PDF.
Nevalor Screenplay forms part of the wider Nevalor literary environment. While Nevalor Studio supports general writing and literary development, Screenplay is devoted to the particular structure and working practices of screenwriting.

A Dedicated Screenwriting Environment
Nevalor Screenplay is intended for writers who want to develop screenplays within a workspace shaped around screenplay structure. From creating a new project to revising scenes and preparing a PDF, its tools are organised to support the different stages of script development.
Its guiding principle is simple: the screenplay comes first. The environment is designed to help writers concentrate on the script, work with its structure, and prepare it for review when they are ready.
